How we store your data

Data is stored on our own secure servers in accordance with local regulations. If you do not log in to a Captini WiFi enabled venue for more than 12 months, all personally identifiable data we store about you is automatically deleted from our systems.

How your data is used

Your data may be used to understand how you use a particular venue, to communicate with you to get feedback and/or ask for a review and/or to offer you relevant goods and services.

Who may use your data

Your data may be used by Captini and the owner of the venue you visited.

Your data may also be provided to regulatory bodies where we are under a legal obligation to do this, to protect our own rights or if we feel someone’s safety is at risk.

How to request your data to be removed from our systems

You can request for your data to be removed at anytime by sending an email to support@captini.com. We will process your request within 10 working days and confirm your data deletion by return email.
